I ordered a BitBox, but UPS ended up delivering it to the wrong address. I reached out to UPS regarding the problem and attempted to retrieve the original package, but their support was pretty lacking. After that, I got in touch with Shiftcrypto to see if they could help, and they promptly sent me a new BitBox! The BitBox itself functions flawlessly.

"Easy and Secure Bitcoin Storage"
I took a bit to get the hang of the touch sensors. But once you figure it out, it’s enjoyable, straightforward, and you start getting interested in secure storage and the whole don’t trust, verify thing. I’d definitely suggest going for the Bitcoin-only version. It’s great for beginners since you can concentrate on just one coin, and you don’t have to stress about being an expert on security. The device is solid on its own, and with the Bitcoin-only option, you avoid the hassle of dealing with third parties. For me, it was a bit overwhelming when I tried other hardware wallets from different brands.

Honestly, without your assistance, I’d be totally lost as a newbie. Bit by bit (almost every day for weeks) and with a ton of care, everything turned out great for me. This item is quite nice, and while I did run into a few problems with the delivery, thanks to UPS (typical, right?), their support team really came through for me. They quickly sent out a replacement wallet since the original was stuck at one of UPS's warehouses for no good reason.
